I am best reached via email. As a freelancer, I have multiple projects and clients on the go. I am always happy to make time for a call or to meet if it is scheduled in advance. My work week is organized ahead of time and I make sure I set aside certain hours at a time for each client/project I'm taking on so things get done on schedule. I usually work around a 11-4pm schedule, Monday-Thursday.
Additional charges will apply if you do prefer in-person / phone meetings.
Rates depend per project. You may request an estimate after the first consultation.
INVOICE / BILLING / DEPOSITS
I require the standard 50% deposit down per project. An invoice will be sent after each meeting / website change submission, etc. Payment will be due within 24-48 hours. Please understand that as a small business, cash flow is important - late fees will apply if invoices are not paid on time. Please send the payment(s) to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The remaining balance needs to be paid before the final work is handed over.
First time client consultations (up to 30 mins max) are on the house. A $50/hr charge will apply thereafter.
IN PERSON / PHONE MEETINGS
If you do prefer in-person / phone meetings, please let me know. I bill by the time confirmed by both parties up to the time the meeting ends. It is calculated by 15 minute increments. (eg. 5:20pm will be charged as 5:30pm). I require at least 1 full business day notice for any last minute changes. Charges will apply to no-shows and last minute reschedules / cancellations.
I typically like to avoid work like this altogether but these types of projects do happen from time to time. Anything that is considered "rush work" (Turnaround time: 3-5 business days) is very high stress. It also means you take priority and all of my other projects / clients will temporarily be put on hold. Once the work is accepted, rates will start at $100 /hour. Rates can be lowered depending on the deadline.
SUPPLY ALL YOUR CONTENT
This includes spell checked website copy, high-res images, fonts, etc. Charges will apply if I have to manually hunt things down or do extra photoshop work.
